La riduzione delle specie \u00e8 associata, in primo luogo, alla distruzione degli habitat delle farfalle, nonch\u00e9 in relazione alla cattura. L'immagine lo mostra Ali gialle a coda di rondine con un'ampia striscia nera e macchie a forma di luna lungo il bordo<\/strong><\/em>. Sul retro ali<\/a> Presenta una "coda" allungata di colore nero con macchie giallo-blu. Nell'angolo dell'ala c'\u00e8 un occhio marrone-rossastro, come nella foto.<\/p>\n

La farfalla vive nella regione paleartica dalla Russia alla Cina e al Giappone, cos\u00ec come in Canada e in Alaska, abita le pianure alpine della catena himalayana. Vola a un'altitudine compresa tra 2 e 16 mila piedi, a seconda di dove vivi.<\/p>\n

Il macaone vola da maggio ad agosto sui bordi, radure, prati e in giardino. Di solito fa 2-3 frizioni all'anno. Le femmine depongono uova rotonde gialle su piante ad ombrello (aneto, prezzemolo, cumino) e dopo 7 giorni compaiono i bruchi.<\/p>\n

Il bruco \u00e8 verde con strisce trasversali nere e punti rosso vivo. Entro la met\u00e0 dell'estate, il bruco diventa grande, goffo e mangia a malapena. Si attacca capovolto allo stelo e dopo un po' appare la crisalide.<\/p>\n
